Fax or email an initial idea, or place a phone call to discuss your customer's ideas. We will present you with a page of rough sketch concepts for you to share with your customer. This initial page consist of 8-10 concepts. (view sample sketches)

From your customer's comments and suggestions, it may be necessary to take one idea and develop it further. A second page of 3-5 more detailed sketches will result.

A final round will eliminate any doubt and close the sale with a detailed, multi-view, color rendering of the final design. The customer will be pleased to had the opportunity to be involved in the design process. This final sketch will also serve as a blueprint for your goldsmith if you choose to manufacture the piece in-house.

Exclusive & Open House Design Shows

For those stores with a substantial amount of clientele interested in custom design we offer an on-site design service. We may be contracted for a day (or two) of pre-scheduled appointments to be conducted at the store location.

The Exclusive Design Show

Design shows have successfully proven to stimulate and excite your list of best, most faithful customers and promote sales – here's how:

• Inviting "A" list patrons to a private design show. The exclusivity of the event will tell them that they are special.
• The event is special and should be advertised as such. Send postcards or personal invitations to announce the event.
• You may want to fashion the show as a party. Hors d'oeuvres and champagne are always well received and often promote impulse spending.
• Encourage your staff to set appointments with the designer to consult and sketch their ideas. Watch their excitement as the designs unfold before their eyes.
• You may want to display and sell loose diamonds and colored gems and have the designer work with the customers to design their own mountings. If your inventory does not include an ample supply of loose stones the show can be run in conjunction with a stone dealer trunk show. We are also available to supply a various amount of color to show.

The Open House Design Show

This event is similar to the closed show with the exception that the show is open to all patrons and the general public. However, in-store flyers, ads in local papers or radio spots should substitute personal invitations.
